The course or service is canceled by EduZ or the course instructor.

The course or service contains a substantial defect or error that cannot be reasonably rectified.
b. Partial Refunds: If you have accessed or partially completed a course or service and do not meet the criteria for a full refund, you may be eligible for a partial refund. The amount of the partial refund will be determined based on your level of course or service completion.
2. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
a. Contact Support: Contact EduZ support at within the applicable refund period, providing your purchase details and a brief explanation of why you are requesting a refund.
b. Review and Verification: EduZ will review your request and may request additional information or documentation to verify your eligibility for a refund.
c. Refund Processing: Once your request is approved, EduZ will process the refund to the original payment method used for the purchase. Refunds may take eduz@lumina.ro business days to appear in your account.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
a. Course or Service Completion: If you have completed a substantial portion of a course or service, you are not eligible for a refund.
b. Refund Period Expiration: Requests for refunds made outside of the specified refund period will not be considered.
c. Promotional Pricing: Refunds are not available for courses or services purchased at a promotional or discounted price unless explicitly stated otherwise.
