Following the impressive conclusion of the firSTep 2025 Grand Finals, Lumina Educational Institutions is preparing to honor this year’s most talented young minds at the highly anticipated firSTep Award Gala, scheduled for May 17, 2025, at Auditorium Pallady in Bucharest.
The gala will bring together Grand Final participants, their families, supervisors, school administrators, educational coordinators, firSTep coordinators, and members of the jury to celebrate an unforgettable year of achievement, creativity, and innovation.
The full-day event will feature a vibrant mix of activities:
🕙 Schedule Highlights
10:00 – 12:00: DI Instant Challenge – A fast-paced, creative thinking challenge where students put their problem-solving skills to the test.
10:00 – 13:00: Golden Medalist Project Fair – Projects that received gold medals in the firSTep competition will be showcased in a special exhibition. Schools are kindly asked to confirm their participation in the fair.
13:00 – 16:00: Award Ceremony – A formal celebration where students will receive medals and certificates for both firSTep and the DI Instant Challenge. In addition, cash prizes will be awarded to the top 3 projects in each firSTep category.
16:00 onward: Cocktail Reception – A relaxed gathering featuring delicious snacks and an opportunity for participants and guests to connect and celebrate.
Please note that accommodation will not be provided, so attendees from outside Bucharest are kindly asked to arrange their own lodging.
